Food Science students have spent this semester crafting unique BBQ sauces with potential to bring the winning product to market through a partnership with Mizzou Licensing and Trademarks! Now the four student teams are ready to showcase their unique flavors to all of you! Join us for a taste test Tuesday, Dec. 6, in the Student Center, beginning at 3:30 p.m. The first 100 attendees can sample and rate the sauces. A campus celebrity taste test will also be part of the festivities. Hope you will join us to enjoy the students’ hard work!
