Connection (formerly The Huddle) is a faculty support program designed for faculty members (TT and NTT), primarily assistant and early associate level professors, who identify with various intersecting identities (e.g., racial, ethnic, gender, sexuality, dis/ability, linguistic, and…) and those interested supporting inclusion of these faculty members.
