Registration is open for the Fall 2014 Eat for Life program—an innovative approach to weight management. Rediscover the joy of eating. This 10-week program for faculty and staff uses mind-body practices (meditation and yoga), the principles of mindful and intuitive eating, skills training, and group support to guide you in creating a healthier relationship to your food, mind and body. Both in-person and online courses are available starting in late September. $50 for faculty, staff and family ($25 rebate with full participation). $180 for community.
