Social distancing does not mean social isolation. We still need contact with others in healthy supportive relationships. Come sit with us virtually over the noon lunch hour. Imagine greater powers of concentration. Mindfulness meditation may build your ability to redirect and maintain attention. As little as four days of meditation may have an effect. See for yourself: Come to drop-in meditation at noon every Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday (March 18 thru May 14) on-line using Zoom. No experience required. Free to MU students, faculty and staff.
