Growing Knowledge at the Farm - Companion Planting

Jefferson Farm and Garden and the Heart of Missouri Master Gardeners are teaming up to offer a series of gardening workshops. Participants will learn techniques and tips to create a successful garden this summer and beyond. These fun-filled classes will feature knowledgeable instructors that will engage participants in hands-on learning activities and demonstrations in a relaxed and creative environment. Workshops are ideal for both beginner and advanced gardeners. 

Garden workshops will take place the second Tuesday of each month from April to September.  Each workshop will be held from 5–7 p.m. Click here to register for any of the workshops. 

Companion Planting -- Discover which plants can benefit from one another when grown in close proximity to each other. This is a great way to encourage plant growth, deter pests, attract beneficial insects, and improve garden productivity.

Cost -- $10 per household

Discount -- $50 if you register for all six sessions
