About this Event
Dr. Toomey examines the intersections of identity, oppression, public policy, and health among sexual and gender minority populations. His research examines how sexual and gender minority youth, and Latinx SGM youth, thrive and are resilient despite the oppressive barriers and challenges they encounter in society. In this presentation, he will present results from two pilot intervention studies focused on mental health promotion among SGM youth.
