Ambassador Allan Mustard will present a Special Seminar on "How CAFNR faculty and students can collaborate with Ukraine during wartime and the post-war recovery" in the Bond Life Sciences Center, Room 572, at 1:30pm on Friday, Sept. 30. In addition to serving as Ambassador to Turkmenistan from 2014 until his retirement, Mustard served in various Russian Embassy Agriculture Counselor capacities over 9 years between 1986 and 2008. He has served as Ag Attache or Ag Counselor at U.S. embassies in Mexico City; Vienna, Austria; Istanbul, Turkey and Senior Fellow in Foreign Relations at the Department of State.
