How the Founders Made the Constitution Their Valentine

In his Valentine’s Day talk, Stanford historian Jonathan Gienapp will show how ratification-era debates over what, exactly, the Constitution was ultimately gave the nation’s framing document the shape and definition it had previously lacked. Free and open to the public, the talk will be held at 3:30pm in Jesse Hall 410.
