Bringing mindfulness to communication inherently points to a respect for each person that serves to seek understanding and connection. Good communication is essential to any healthy relationship and mindfulness can be brought to bear in the way we speak and listen to each other. We can strengthen our connections, accomplish our goals, and better meet each other's needs with the practices taught in this workshop. Certified meditation instructors Christopher Lee Shannon and Andrea L. Kimura will instruct you in the art of mindful communication.
