The Mizzou Law Veterans Clinic will be holding an informational session for students

interested in applying for the Veterans Clinic class for the 2022 – 2023 academic year.

The session will provide information about what the Clinic does, what you would be

doing as a student in the Clinic, how the class is set up, the application process for the

Clinic class, and more. Prospective students will have the opportunity to ask former

Clinic students questions. Those who RSVP at https://bit.ly/VeteransClinicRSVP by

Wednesday, March 16 will receive a free lunch. If you do not RSVP by then you can still

attend the informational session. If you are unable to attend the informational session,

please contact the Clinic.

WHAT DOES THE CLINIC DO? Under the supervision of experienced attorneys, law

students at the Mizzou Law Veterans Clinic help veterans - free of charge - with

discharge upgrades and Department of Veterans Affairs disability compensation

claims. In addition to directly representing veterans with their disability claims, the Clinic

also participates in high level amicus brief writing, training and education for practicing

attorneys, rural veteran outreach through Tigers for Troops, and more.
