MU presents - Celebrating Innovation Dinner

ntrepreneurs constantly test boundaries, ask questions, and find solutions. They like to win! The creativity and vision of MU’s entrepreneurs and faculty inventors play a large role in making the University of Missouri a destination for innovation. Mizzou’s entrepreneurs advance well-being, enhance systems, overcome obstacles, and meet unmet needs. They improve the lives of citizens locally, regionally, nationally and around the globe.

Join us as we recognize and celebrate these exceptional members of the MU community. Help us acknowledge these forward-thinking inventors and entrepreneurs and let’s applaud them for helping create a promising future for us all.

Special Guest Speaker: Tim Miles, internationally-renowned leadership, marketing, and motivational speaker. For a quarter-century Tim Miles has been helping companies communicate more powerfully. During his decade as a Columbia resident, Tim frequently guest lectured at the University and spoke at the inaugural TEDxMizzou conference sponsored by the Reynolds Journalism Institute.

His first book, Good Company: Making It, Keeping It, Being It, went to #1 on Amazon’s Business, Sales, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship charts, and his second book, Brand Your Own Business, will be released on October 24th.
