Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance. Each class is worth 10 points toward Tier 2 of the wellness incentive (up to 200 wellness points under Physical Activity). Bring your own mat and wear comfortable clothing that will allow you to move and stretch fully. All levels are welcome!!
