Catherine Rymph, PhD
Dr. Rymph's presentation, drawn from her book-length project on the history of foster care, focuses on the cocnept of the "hard-to-place child". She will discuss the evolving definitions of, and approaches to, the "hard-to-place" child, paying particular attention to the implications of this cocnept for foster care in general.
