Skills for Managing Test Anxiety

Relax and Test Like a Tiger. This workshop is designed to help you tackle test anxiety head-on. The workshop provides information about the causes and effects of test anxiety, as well as practical tools to ease it. These will include methods of relaxation and helpful thinking, which you will practice during the workshop. You’ll also learn test-taking strategies for all kinds of exams, including true-false, essay, and online exams. Offered by Michael Kaplan from the Counseling Center.
