Trouble sleeping? This four week workshop teaches you about the science of sleep, practical tips and strategies, a few specific yoga postures and breathing techniques on how to slow your mind and get better sleep. The workshop is open to enrolled students.
Session I:
Tuesdays 3:30-4:30 pm
February 4, 11, 18, & 25

Session II:
Thursdays 3:30-4:30
February 27, March 5,12,19

Session III: On ZOOM Platform
Wednesdays 3:30-4:30 pm
April 8, 15, 22, 29
