Add to calendarIs stress getting in your way? Join Wellness Resource Center staff to learn ways you can keep stress in the productive zone. Every other Friday at 12:30 we will offer a 30 minute workshop teaching a particular set of skills. At 1:00 we will offer an opportunity to practice the skills. Join us for one or both aspects of learning skills for managing stress.
This week:
Learn a basic understanding of what stress is, where it comes from and simple strategies for calming stress.
