Take a Break Series - What is anxiety? What is stress?

Take a Break Series is a collaboration between the College of Education and College of Engineering to provide a space for our community members to pause in the midst of the busy-ness of our every day, which allows us to be our most productive and best selves. Sessions are scheduled around mid-terms and finals, times where we might most overlook taking care of ourselves.

Facilitated by Mizzou Student Wellness Advocates, Wellness Resource Center

This workshop is perfect for right before finals. Anxiety and stress are often confused. This presentation sheds some light on differences between stress and anxiety and debunks myths in this interactive presentation!
