Take Breath is a workshop designed to help students manage both stressors and their response to stress so that students do not become overwhelmed. The workshop will provide information on the physical and mental impacts of stress and introduce tools aimed at reducing the negative impacts of managing your responsibilities. Topics covered include breathing techniques, mindfulness, and cognitive strategies. Facilitated by Jason Edwards, MU Counseling Center
