The Genesis of American Indian Constitutionalism

Prof. Dan Mandell of Truman State will give the Kinder Institute’s annual Distinguished Visiting Research Fellow Lecture, examining how the 1621 Plymouth-Massasoit Agreement presaged American policies regarding Native sovereignty and human rights.
