Dr. Judith Kroll, distinguished professor of psychology at University of California-Riverside, will give a lecture as part of the Chancellor's Distinguished Visitor Program, with a reception to follow.
"New research demonstrates that all languages that are known and used become part of the language system. A critical insight is that bilingualism provides a tool for examining aspects of the cognitive architecture that are otherwise obscured in monolingual speakers."
