The US-UK Fulbright Commission offers special Summer Institutes for US citizens to come to the UK.

These summer programs provide the opportunity for undergraduates to live and study in the UK on a three, four, five or six week academic and cultural summer program.

Participants in these programs will not only engage in exciting academic study at a highly regarded UK University but will also explore the culture, heritage and history of the UK while developing their academic prowess through presentation practice, research experiences and the cultivation of new communication skills.

Who Fulbright is look for:

University Freshmen and Sophomores with a 3.7 GPA or higher.  Students are required to have at least two years left of undergraduate education.

Program Award:

The Summer Institutes will cover the majority of participant costs.  This includes round-trip airfare from the US to the UK, tuition and fees at the host university/institution, accommodation and meals and in some cases a small daily allowance.

Attend the Fellowships Information Session to hear from MIZZOU students who have attended a US-UK Summer Institute!
