Special Olympics is an international organization dedicated to empowering individuals with intellectual disabilities to become physically fit, productive and respected members of society through sports training and competition. Volunteers are the foundation of Special Olympics Missouri! Thousands of volunteers help coach, conduct events and serve on organizational and fundraising committees every year – and you could be one of them!

One of the volunteer opportunities we offer is the chance to help out at our Sports Zone Hydration Station at our Bocce and Softball Special Olympics events being held on September 25, 2021! You will help lead interactive activities for our athletes and families focused on Hydration. All supplies and instructions will be provided. We ask that you please arrive at 9:15am for instructions on leading in this station.

Before volunteering at one of our events, we also ask that you take the time to watch this quick video where athletes, coaches, Unified Partners and volunteers will tell you what you need to know before you show up on event day!
