Andrea Kimura from the MU Wellness Resource Center, will lead guided meditations every Wednesday and Thursday in Room 109 from 1-1:30pm.  These meditations will occur every week until finals (except Thanksgiving week). 

 

All are welcome to attend.  No experience with meditation is necessary.  And you may come as often as you choose. So, if you feel as though you need a break for any reason or just want to decompress for a while, please feel free to attend. Meditation has been shown to aid with stress management and benefit emotional well-being and overall health.
