Kam Phillips-Sadler believes in igniting bigger dreams and brighter futures for all she encounters. After earning her MBA at Harvard Business School, Kam was appointed CEO of KidKare, a software company dedicated to supporting childcare centers manage their businesses. A seasoned keynote speaker, Kam's TED talk, “How Mentorship Can Change the World” has garnered global recognition. In addition to her full-time role, Kam has leveraged her experience as a founder as a venture capital investor at Bessemer Venture Partners, as a Limited Partner at The Fund, at Indicator Ventures and a Fellow turned syndicate partner at Susa Ventures.
