Recruiters are looking for skills such as communication, emotional intelligence, teamwork, interpersonal skills, conflict resolution, managing change and innovation, and personal resilience. One session is worth 10 points for Academy enrollees. Open to all engineering students. All in W1004 Lafferre Hall.
