DALSA is privileged to present Mizzou Law’s very own Carlie Bollinger, who will be teaching us about American Sign Language and the culture of the d/Deaf Community! Carlie’s presentation will also focus on making initial client meetings more accessible for hearing-impaired clients and the importance of knowing how to advocate and support clients with varying needs. Attendees will come away with knowledge of how to better understand, connect with, and advocate for our d/Deaf and hard of hearing clients!

DALSA will be providing a lovely assortment of delicious food from local restaurants for lunch, with bagels from Goldie’s and empanadas from Amore e Gusto. Come eat and learn with us!
