Mizzou TecHub invites campus and public stakeholders to a virtual Communi-TEC Seminar: Ocular Manifestations of Emerging and Re-Emerging RNA Viruses: Mechanism & Therapeutic Discovery, on Feb.19, 2025, 5-6pm by Dr. Pawan Singh, Asst. Prof. of Ophthalmology, MU School of Medicine. His lab studies molecular mechanisms and ways to treat ocular infectious diseases. His current research focuses include: the link between Zika virus and congenital glaucoma, the role of innate immunity and neuroprotection in glaucoma, and developing recombinant antibodies or vaccine candidates to treat or diagnose lethal infectious diseases.
