The Etiquette for Business Dining Workshop hosted by the Hospitality Management Program will be held on March 8, at Eckles Café. Nine hospitality companies sponsored the event. They are Hyatt Regency St. Louis at the Arch, Lodging Hospitality Management, Drury Plaza Hotel in Columbia, MO, The Tiger Hotel, A1 Party and Event Rental, Le Meridien Hotel, US Foods Bellerive, Country Club St. Louis, and Greg Chase is the trainer.

Greg is a 2007 Hospitality Management graduate and is certified by the Protocol School of Washington as a Corporate Etiquette & International Protocol Consultant and as a Protocol Officer. He additionally has expertise in developing customer experiences with companies such as Disney Resorts and MGM. Greg currently works as an XM (Experience Management) Catalyst at Qualtircs XM Institute and certified XM professional.
