Social distancing in the time of COVID-19 does not mean social isolation. We still need contact with others in healthy supportive relationships. Come sit with us virtually over the noon lunch hour. Imagine greater powers of concentration. Mindfulness meditation may build your ability to redirect and maintain attention. Research shows as little as four days of meditation may have an effect. See for yourself: Come to drop-in meditation at noon every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday on-line using Zoom. No experience required. Open to UM System students, faculty and staff.
