The Greenley Research Center Field Day will run from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 8 at the Grace Greenley Farm in Knox County. The field day is free and open to the public. Breakfast will be provided by Missouri Corn Growers Association, Missouri Soybean Association and MSMC. Lunch will be provided by FCS Financial Macon and MFA.

Breakfast will be from 7-9 a.m.; a ceremonial program will be held at 7:30 a.m.; and tours run from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. 

Greenley is partnering with Missouri Land Improvement Contractors (LICA) and USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service of Missouri, showcasing the Water Works for Agriculture in Missouri (WWAM) project at the Grace Greenley Farm. It demonstrates a closed-loop water management system featuring sub-irrigation, saturated buffers, bioreactors, terracing, tiling and a lake. 

DIRECTIONS

From Novelty, Mo.: The Grace Greenley Farm is located approximately 3.75 miles south of Highway 156 on Highway 151 in Knox County.

From Leonard, Mo.: The Grace Greenley Farm is located 4.2 miles north of Leonard, Mo., on Highway 151.
