Kyle Stavlo is a builder and owner and operator of KPS Construction located in South West Minnesota. He has prepared a brief presentation to tell the chapter what he has learned about owning a building and managing properties over the years. Kyle has a unique perspective because coming out of college since he chose to start his own building company instead of taking a job with a already existing construction company. After he presents he will field questions from the audience on a variety of topics.
