Villanova Visiting Professor Clyde Ray will be at the Kinder Institute on February 8 for a talk re-exaiming Chief Justice John Marshall’s famous opinion in 1803’s Marbury v. Madison in terms of its implications for contemporary interpretations of constitutional legitimacy. Free and open to the public, the talk will be held at 3:30pm in Jesse Hall 410.
