Join us to learn about factors that contribute to body image and what we can do to create a more accepting and trusting relationship with our bodies. You’ll leave with skills and resources to help you on your journey to make peace with your body. All genders welcomed! This 4-week workshop meets on Mondays at 5:30. Registration is open to any enrolled MU student.
Please plan to participate all four weeks on Monday February 24, March 2, 9, and 16.
