Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) is one of the many tools you can use in the face of your inner critic, giving yourself the same caring support you would extend to a struggling friend. MSC involves acknowledging and responding to difficult thoughts and feelings with a spirit of openness and nurturing. The instructors will walk you through the 3 core tenants and associated practices so you can employ them to develop inner resilience. Seasoned meditation teachers, Christopher Lee Shannon and Andrea L. Kimura will lead this workshop.
