There will be a bonfire that will be used as a bonding event by the mentorship chair, with prepackaged smores and snacks. The reasons for this event is because the mentors and mentees have never met in person, and she wanted to provide them a chance to do so before leaving campus for the semester. This event will follow  social distancing guidelines and will be outdoors. This event will focus on membership retention, last minute strategies to pass finals, mental health tips and a chance for members to decompress before leaving for Thanksgiving. Once again this event is for membership retention because we’re struggling keeping freshmen engaged and we need them if our organization will continue to survive at Mizzou.
