As part of the annual requirements for Recognized Student Organizations (RSO), the organization's primary (President) or secondary (Vice President) student leader must attend Administrative Training to maintain the organization's status as a Recognized Student Organization. In this training, organization officers will learn about resources available to RSOs and relevant University policies and practices. RSOs that plan to apply for Organization Resource Group (ORG) funding must also have a fiscal representative (president, vice president, or treasurer) attend Finance Training prior to submitting a budget request, as well.
TRAINING WILL BEGIN PROMPTLY ON TIME, AND DOORS WILL CLOSE 5 MINUTES AFTER THE TRAINING STARTS.
5 p.m. – Administrative Training
6 p.m. – Finance Training
Attending this training satisfies the administrative training requirement for the 2021-2022 academic year.
*To receive credit for attending the training, be sure to complete the post-event form emailed to you after swiping your student ID card at the end of the training.
