The Pre-Pharmacy Club will be teaming up with the Food Bank Central & Northeast Missouri on Saturday, November 6th. Check in will begin at 10:45AM and the service event will go from 11:00AM-1:00PM. A description of the event involves volunteering at the food bank drive main facility on Vandiver Drive to sort and package food for distribution. The food that is prepared will be distributed to partner agencies or through one of their programs.Some of the tasks we should be expecting is sorting through food donations, repacking and relabeling food and assembling boxes of food (including Senior Boxes, VIP Veteran Boxes, and Produce Boxes). I have made a reservation for 25 volunteers that can attend this event. Below is a link that you can forward to everyone who is planning on attending. Please  sign up at least 48 hours before the shift starts. This way they can check everyone in quickly and get us all started on the project.
