Academic Satisfaction of Female Students of Color in STEM: Roles of Perceived Discrimination, Proactive Personality, and Critical Consciousness
Underrepresentation of women and students of color has been a longstanding issue in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). This research used multigroup structural equation modeling to examine factors that contribute to academic satisfaction among Black, Latina, and Asian female college students in STEM.
