The Missouri School of Journalism invites MU students, faculty, staff and the general publich to help celebrate the 2022 recipients of the Missouri Honor Medal for Distinguished Service, a prestigious award recognizing lifetime or superior achievement in journalism or strategic communication. Jeff Goodby, The Marshall Project and Amy Vitale will accept their medals at an evening reception and banquet on Wednesday, Oct. 19, beginning at 6 p.m. at The Atrium on Tenth, 22 N. Tenth St., in Columbia, Mo.
