Study abroad in Italy this summer on the Anthropology: Archaeology Field Methods in Pompeii program. Spend four weeks outside of Naples, learning about archaeological field methods and Roman Archaeology at one of the most well-known sites in the world. Study Roman sanitation and water-supply alongside researchers from Mizzou and the United Kingdom. Examine the unique houses and shops of Pompeii while learning about survey and excavation techniques. Earn three credits of ANTHRO 2800/7800. Returning and advanced undergraduate students may be able to register for ANTHRO 4800.
