Study abroad this summer on the Wild Ireland: The Environment, Literature and Performing Arts program. Enroll in ENGLSH 4140 and ENGLSH 4260/H or FILM_S 4005 for a total of six credits and experience a culture filled with film, theater, music, literature and the arts with other MU students. Explore how human culture and the environment shape each other in the west of Ireland with visits to the Aran Islands, Cliffs of Moher and around Connemara. Attend several performances at the Galway Film Fleadh and Galway Arts Festival. Analyze Irish literary history, focusing on the connections between human culture and the natural world surrounding Galway.
