Dr. Aggarwal is a leader in psychedelic clinical research and decriminalization advocacy and is currently suing the Drug Enforcement Administration in the Ninth Federal Circuit Court of Appeals over the DEA's incorrect interpretation that federal and state Right to Try Statutes do not create an exception to the Controlled Substances Act. Dr. Aggarwal currently serves as the director of the Advanced Integrative Medical Science Institute.
